This study aims to determine the mediating role of motivation and organizational commitment on learning employee performance with a employees PT Astra International Tbk Yogyakarta Branch. The sample this were all Branch, sampling technique was saturated sampling. analysis used statistical consisted descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Conformity Test Statistical Test, Hypothesis Testing. results has positive effect work motivation, commitment, performance, performance. employee.
